POS Research Conference
The POS Research Conference is a biennial gathering of top scholars, featuring development and research sessions geared towards visioning the next generation of the POS movement. Since the inaugural conference in 2001, the Center for Positive Organizations has convened each event with the hope of sharing and advancing qualitative and quantitative research in the field.
CPO at AOM
The Academy of Management (AOM), an international association of scholars dedicated to creating and disseminating knowledge about management and organizations, has more than 17,000 members worldwide. More than 6,000 scholars and practitioners attend each annual meeting. The Academy of Management holds its annual meeting each August. Each year, CPO faculty present research, conduct professional development workshops, and host a Gathering of POS Scholars, during which scholars review accomplishments of the previous year and then break into groups of individuals with common research interests to foster networking and the building of research collaborations.
