He has taught more than 6,000 executives at Michigan Ross and helped organizations large and small – including Philips, General Motors, international governments, and more – realize the impact of positive leadership.
Robert Quinn focuses on the process of positive change, individual and collective capacity, and realizing transformational leadership. He has published numerous studies and 16 books on positive change, and he is a fellow of both the Academy of Management and the World Business Academy. He has 25 years of experience working with executives on issues of organizational change, leadership, and vision in large-scale change projects. He teaches in both the MBA and executive levels and is known for innovative instructional efforts.
