Eun Bit Hwang
PhD student, Management & Organizations
University of Michigan
Eun Bit is deeply interested in understanding ways to bring out positive outcomes at both individual and organizational levels of various scopes (i.e., dyads, groups, teams, institutions). In other words, she is interested in exploring how organizations and individuals can thrive together. Building upon her prior research on the relationship between acceptance (of self and others) and well-being in a cross-cultural context, she currently investigates the concept of acceptance in a workplace setting.
Before joining the Management & Organizations PhD program at Michigan Ross, Hwang completed her undergraduate degree in Economics at Dartmouth College and master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania.
