Laura Sonday cultivated an interest for Positive Organizational Scholarship while working for both nonprofit and for-profit organizations in the U.S. and Latin America. She now conducts research in the Management and Organizations department at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. She is particularly interested in understanding how work can be a source of personal fulfillment. She is currently collaborating with David Mayer on research related to workplace diversity.
