Britta is an MBA candidate at the Stephen M. Ross School of Business. She comes from a background in non-profit and AmeriCorps programs, where she focused on how to build high-performing and supportive teams. in these roles, she developed a passion for the importance of feedback, psychological safety on teams (particularly as this relates to diversity and inclusion), and leadership development through one-on-one investment in team members. She is excited to explore these and other POS theories and practices as a +LAB Fellow. Britta holds an undergraduate degree in Anthropology from Haverford College, and originally hails from Washington D.C., though she also claims Iowa and Colorado as second homes, where she worked for many year in special needs camp programming.
