Caroline Lucas

Caroline is an Erb Institute dual degree candidate at the Stephen M. Ross School of Business and the School of Natural Resources and Environment. Prior to pursuing her MBA/MS, she served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Armenia empowering women and girls through entrepreneurship by building an e-commerce social venture and creating numerous educational and leadership development programs. Eager to gain more experience in technology and innovation, she spent over two years working for Signal, Chicago’s fastest growing private software company, building its digital marketing operations from the ground up.

Caroline is passionate about leveraging business to solve human challenges and is particularly interested in how global supply chains can create positive change in communities across the world. An entrepreneur at heart, her goal is to leverage positive organizational practices to create social ventures and innovative solutions that enable companies to meet their triple-bottom line. She has B.A. in Political Science from Chapman University and enjoys traveling, creative writing and kayaking.
