Dasha Peppard

+LAB Lead Fellow

Dasha is studying brain science and organizational behavior to understand what makes people thrive. In the Ross Behavioral Lab she studies the effects of Positve Organizational business practices on ethics, creativity, empathy, and overall productivity. Dasha is pursuing a career in Human Resource management and consulting.

Dasha’s research in the Language and Literacy Lab examines how language affects inter-personal relationships. In the English Language Institute she consults international PhD students on their English use, non-verbal communication, and lesson delivery.

Dasha is also a member of the University of Michigan’s Ballroom Dance Team. She is most energized when she is either dancing herself or teaching to share the joy of dance with others.
