Ellie is a second year MPP candidate at the Ford School of Public Policy. Originally from Washington D.C., Ellie found a home away from home in Ann Arbor and the University of Michigan. After graduating with her BA from U-M, Ellie worked as a Development Officer Associate at U-M’s College of Literature, Science, and the Arts. This role allowed her to travel around the country to interview U-M alumni and collect their feedback for the University. She worked with a team to leverage this alumni data to make institutional improvements and to create new avenues for alumni engagement.
In addition to being a +LAB fellow, Ellie is also the Learning and Development Products Specialist at CPO. In this role, she helps clients implement CPO tools that enable them to amplify human potential in their organizations. She is responsible for maintaining and growing the CPO client base so that CPO’s tools can impact as many organizations as possible. She is passionate about building positive, resilient communities at work and beyond.
