Erik Wolfe

Erik is a first year graduate student pursuing an MBA at the Ross School of Business and MS at the School of Natural Resources & Environment through the Erb Institute for Sustainable Enterprise. Prior to joining Erb, Erik was based in Philly working in technology consulting. Erik was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He attended the University of Pennsylvania where he studied Materials Science Engineering.

Within the Center for Positive Organizations, Erik is excited to learn about the creation of high-performing teams using Positive Organizational Scholarship. He is determined to become a better leader, more able to help those around him develop their skills and thrive as employees. He hopes to explore the more qualitative aspects of effective business, including the spiritual and emotional components of excellent teams.
