Kaitlyn Beesley-Campos is a second year MBA candidate at the Stephen M. Ross School of Business, focusing on marketing. As a +LAB Fellow, she hopes to learn how to apply POS principles to foster innovation within a marketing team as well as empathize with the consumer. Prior to Ross, Kaitlyn was working as an engineering consultant in the clean energy field in Northern California. It was working with a wide range of organizations that initially sparked her interest in the benefits of leading with positivity. She learned to identify leadership styles that led to a motivated team; the most effective being emotional intelligence.
