Matt Gacioch

+LAB Fellow

Matt works to mesh the power of business with the influence of public policy within the context of a universal climate and environment. His aim is to fundamentally redirect the way humans interact with their natural and social surroundings, to move towards a path of intergenerational “”sustainability”” through practical and innovative business solutions. These solutions seem to be best applied in positive organizations and so he’s excited to explore as a +LAB Fellow how he can do his part.

Matt is a third year Erb dual degree student (MBA/MS). He came to Erb from the craft beer industry where he worked in marketing and operations sustainability. He also spent time as a high school teacher in Central Java, Indonesia on a Fulbright grant. He earned his BS in Environmental Science from the University of Michigan and, despite the amount of time he spends these days behind computer screens, is an avid outdoorsman.
