Longtime Consortium member Jim Hume, Principal and Founder of Phire Group, tells his story of personal and organizational transformation — moving from a traditional competitive mindset to a more thoughtful, inclusive, transparent culture. Spanning the personal and the professional, Jim will share his story about how being laser-focused on relationships and culture helps an organization generate its own positive momentum.
