About the Session

When it comes to being our authentic selves at work, many people experience the struggle of not being welcomed, appreciated, and valued unless they take on inauthentic behaviors that make them “fit in.”

In this session, we will discuss and learn how organizations are creating a team atmosphere that celebrates and respects people’s authenticity, and what individuals can do on their own terms to contribute to that supportive and inclusive culture.

About the Positive Organizations Consortium

The Positive Organizations Consortium is a vibrant, leader-to-leader learning and networking community designed to create highly effective workplaces where people thrive. Established in 2014 at the Center for Positive Organizations, our members empower people and teams to reach their full potential through the science of Positive Organizational Scholarship (POS).
