About the Session

In this session, we will discuss some key considerations to help create a more inclusive culture in the workplace. Specifically, we will consider how existing dominant culture values, power differentials, and hierarchies in an organization affect workplace culture change and how our intersecting identities differentially influence our unique experience of inclusion and belonging at work.
