About the Session
In this session, we will learn different types of common unconscious biases and how they show up and affect our organization’s recruiting and hiring processes. We’ll start with common language around diversity, equity, and inclusion, examples of how biases influence decision making, and connect in small and large group discussions sharing experiences and strategies to address these biased actions for a more equitable and inclusive recruiting and hiring process.
