In this webinar, Alex Foster will share actions that Kelly is taking to dismantle unjust barriers to work, build a more inclusive workforce, and provide equitable access to work and growth opportunities.

Alex will discuss the company’s Noble Purpose, framework, and strategies used to cultivate a culture of belonging at Kelly. We will also explore how Kelly is collaborating with other organizations to make this a reality through their Equity@Work initiative.

About Foster

Alexandra Foster is senior director, people strategy and experience for Kelly, a global provider of workforce solutions. In her role as leader of Kelly’s People Strategy & Experience team, Alex has oversight for the Talent Acquisition, Inclusion & Diversity, and Sustainability and Organizational Effectiveness teams. She works with leaders and functions throughout Kelly to design and deliver a differentiated work experience for Kelly’s employees.  Alex leverages data and insights from employees and leaders to support the organization in cultivating fully inclusive culture where all are encouraged to thrive.  Alex holds a master’s degree in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Michigan.
