Kate Haessler

Kate is enthusiastic in her work to nurture and grow CPO’s Co-Learning Consortium. Kate first connected with the Center as a +LAB Fellow during her MBA studies at Ross and continued her engagement as a Consortium member during her tenure at DTE Energy. Kate holds her BA in Art History from LSA and her MBA from Michigan Ross. She also holds a certification in AI & Machine Learning.

Prior to joining the CPO team, Kate served as the Manager of Organizational Effectiveness Strategy and Special Projects team at DTE Energy, where she focused on enterprise-wide culture change. Kate lives in Pittsfield Township with her two cats, Poppy & Bing.
