Ashlyee Freeman

Ashlyee Freeman is a culture and employee experience strategist who is now pursuing a PhD in Organization & Management at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.

Throughout her corporate career, she worked with C-suite leaders of Fortune 50 organizations to co-create sustainable culture change and actionable strategic visions. She translates her experiences into research aimed at understanding how organizational branding affects employee behavior.

Ashlyee earned her bachelor’s degrees in Advertising and Broadcast Journalism at Pepperdine University and her MBA at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, where she became a senior fellow at the Center for Positive Organizations.
