Alexis Apostol is a 1st year MBA student (2nd Year Erber) at the Ross School of Business, focusing on human capital strategy and sustainability. Prior to school, she was living in Manhattan and working at a primary research firm in Midtown. She went to Colgate University in Central New York for her undergraduate degree, so this is her first time living off of the East Coast. She is head over heels in love with Ann Arbor…and irritates many of her friends by constantly bringing that up.
Alexis has always been obsessed with empathy, inclusion, and making people feel supported and empowered. As she is continuing to focus her learning and research on the world of work, she is excited to see and experience how positive deviance guides corporate behavior and improves innovation, motivation, wellbeing, collective value, and business success.
