Caroline is an Erb Institute dual degree candidate at the Stephen M. Ross School of Business and the School of Natural Resources and Environment. Prior to joining Erb, Caroline worked in many sectors – from environmental non-profits to pastry. Caroline chose to go back to school to further her pursuit of making cities more sustainable, and she has since focused her research and studies on waste management. Caroline has worked to promote waste reduction and diversion on campus and throughout the UM and Ann Arbor communities; she envisions a future where the concept of waste no longer exists.
Caroline is excited join the + LAB Fellow community, and looks forward to exploring the role that positive organizations can play in encouraging environmental stewardship. Caroline is constantly experimenting with her own positive practices such as meditation, and enjoys sharing that practice with others by leading a weekly +LAB meditation.
