Katilyn Hutter


Kaitlyn is a rising junior in the College of Literature, Science, and the Arts studying Organizational Studies. She is interested in pursuing a minor in Law, Justice, and Social Change. Kaitlyn is dedicated to improving mental health in organizations, and hopes to break down stigmas associated with mental illnesses.

Kaitlyn is very personable, and considers herself a “people person.” When she is not in class, Kaitlyn loves spending time with her friends and family. She enjoys making people smile, and her favorite part about the University of Michigan is being able to meet new people every day.

This spring, Kaitlyn is extremely excited to develop her understanding of compassion in organizations, especially focusing on compassionate patient-centered care with Allegiance Health. She hopes to learn more about herself and her community throughout the Magnify program. Kaitlyn is ready to embrace all there is to learn about Positive Organizational Scholarship, and hopes to make a sustainable positive change in organizations.
