Sarah Starr

+LAB Lead Fellow

Sarah is a junior in the Ross School of Business, concentrating in strategy. She was first introduced to the Center for Positive Organizations through the Magnify Immersion program. Her experience with Magnify this past summer exposed her to the research and practices of Positive Organizational Scholarship.

Outside of the +Lab, Sarah is involved with Para Consulting and some other business clubs on campus. She is also a Barger Leadership Institute Fellow, which has given her the opportunity to engage with other students as a peer facilitator to help them realize their potential as leaders. Sarah enjoys surrounding herself with positive energy. She is inspired by driven, passionate people that motivate her to be her best self. Sarah also loves music and expressing her creativity through art and photography.

This year, Sarah is excited to engage with and learn from the passionate members of the +Lab community. She is eager to continue building positive leadership skills and learning to apply them in order to facilitate organizational change.
