Chloe Faulkner

Chloe serves as the Program Coordinator for the Thriving Catalyst Endorsement Program at the Center for Positive Organizations. In this role, she oversees program development and student engagement, helping learners from across the University of Michigan deepen their understanding of Positive Organizational Scholarship and pursue their Thriving Catalyst Endorsement.

She previously worked with CPO as an Event Specialist and Action Learning Coach for the Magnify Immersion Program. Chloe graduated from the University of Michigan with a BA in Psychology and a minor in Crime and Justice.

Outside of work, she enjoys painting with acrylics, reading poetry, volunteering within the local school districts, and spending time wakeboarding and exploring new destinations.
