Attendees learn from leading positive organizational scholars and connect with our community of academics, students, staff, and leaders.
Positive Links events take place monthly during the academic year.

Adderley Positive Research Incubator
Center for Positive Organizations
The Adderley Positive Research Incubator offers researchers in the field of Positive Organizational Scholarship the opportunity to share research ideas while still in development. This safe space encourages the development of high-quality research and allows for positive, constructive feedback on projects still in progress.
The Incubator sessions are by invitation only and meet once per month during the academic year.

Positive Organizational Scholarship Research Conference
Center for Positive Organizations
The Positive Organizational Scholarship (POS) Research Conference is a biennial gathering of top scholars, featuring development and research sessions geared towards visioning the next generation of the POS movement. Since the inaugural conference in 2001, the Center for Positive Organizations has convened each event with the hope of sharing and advancing qualitative and quantitative research in the field.
At the conference, Center for Positive Organizations presents the Award for Outstanding Published Article, which recognizes research in Positive Organizational Scholarship.

Gathering of POS Scholars at the AOM Annual Meeting
Center for Positive Organizations
The Academy of Management (AOM) is an international association of scholars dedicated to creating and disseminating knowledge about management and organizations with more than 20,000 members worldwide, with nearly 10,000 of those members attending the annual meeting.
During the Annual Meeting, the Center for Positive Organizations faculty present research, conduct professional development workshops, and host a Gathering of POS Scholars. The Gathering offers the opportunity to connect as a community, to learn about new developments in the field, and to generate energy about the possibilities created by using a Positive Organizational Scholarship lens.
The annual meeting is held each August.

Positive Business Conference Amplified
Center for Positive Organizations
The Positive Business Conference Amplified is presented by the Center for Positive Organizations, a vibrant and distinctive learning community grounded in the principle that business can be an extraordinary vehicle for driving positive change in today’s dynamic global economy. The Conference offers attendees the opportunity to explore the most inspiring and practical approaches to building thriving organizations.
The Conference offers both in-person and online options and is held each May.
