POS Community of Scholars
The Positive Organizational Scholarship Community of Scholars is a global network of 1,100+ researchers, spanning six continents and over 30 countries, working in a diverse array of Positive Organizational Scholarship topics. The Center for Positive Organizations supports the POS Community of Scholars to provide researchers the opportunity to connect as a community, share and advance empirical and theoretical research, and generate energy and uplift scholars as they learn about the possibilities created by using a Positive Organizational Scholarship lens.

- Outreach to members – members are invited to send news, information, and announcements that they want to share with the community, such as calls for papers, job opportunities, research collaborations, and announcements. Please email us at positiveorg@umich.edu.
- Help us amplify your work – share recent POS research that has been published in a top-tier journal or mainstream news story. You can also share your research that has been released as a media article, podcast, video, or a new book. We will share with our large and growing list of people worldwide interested in research in Positive Organizational Scholarship whenever we can! - #GoodNewsMondays – Help us celebrate! CPO hosts a weekly social media campaign that shares and amplifies good news in our community. Do you have good news to share, like being published in a top-tier journal, getting a new job, assuming a new role, winning an award, getting a promotion, or successfully defending your dissertation? - Online Gathering of POS Scholars in Advance of AOM – Once a year, we seek to bring together POS scholars to build community and generate energy about research possibilities.
- Research Microcommunities – Do you want to find others interested in a specific topic? Take a deeper dive into POS research microcommunities, each with a specialized focus and deep engagement from its members. Do you host a microcommunity you want to share? ADVANCING RESEARCH
- Biennial POS Research Conference – advances, highlights, and shares notable empirical and theoretical work and elevates engaged pedagogy.
- Adderley Positive Research Incubator – an online incubator that brings distinguished “seed generators” into dialogue with emerging scholars in a highly developmental, supportive research discussion under the guidance of a senior mentor.
AMPLIFYING IDEAS
- Positive Links Speaker Series – distinguished global POS scholars present leading ideas to the world of practice in this online speaker series. CPO hosts six lectures each academic year, free for anyone to register and attend.
- Waypoints – a weekly newsletter that spotlights research featured in mainstream media from the POS Community of Scholars. Sign up for communications!
