Sridhar Polineni

I am Sridhar Polineni, a first-year doctoral student in Management and Organizations. I hold a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. Prior to my doctoral studies, I worked as a research associate at the Indian School of Business in Hyderabad. I primarily work with Prof. Aparna Joshi, and my research aims to understand the barriers to upward mobility for employees from disadvantaged groups. I am passionate about using rigorous research methods to explore complex social issues and develop insights that can lead to more equitable workplaces.
