Alaina Segura developed an interest for Positive Organizational Scholarship while working for a nonprofit affiliated with the Fulton County Juvenile Court in Atlanta. She now conducts research in the Management and Organizations department at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. She is currently collaborating with David Mayer on research concerning workplace diversity.
Before joining the PhD program at Ross, Alaina graduated from the University of Virginia with a degree in psychology and French. She completed an honors thesis on moral judgment and decision making in the Social Behavior and Decisions Lab.
