Kim Cameron is a renowned pioneer in the field of positive organizational scholarship, demonstrating the business value that can be realized through positive approaches to leadership. He has taught more than 6,000 executives at Michigan Ross and helped organizations large and small – including Philips, General Motors, international governments, and more – realize the impact of positive leadership.
Robert Quinn focuses on the process of positive change, individual and collective capacity, and realizing transformational leadership. He has published numerous studies and 16 books on positive change, and he is a fellow of both the Academy of Management and the World Business Academy. He has 25 years of experience working with executives on issues of organizational change, leadership, and vision in large-scale change projects. He teaches in both the MBA and executive levels and is known for innovative instructional efforts.
Shirli Kopelman conducts extensive research and coaching on the strategic ways you can leverage emotions, cross-cultural differences, and power to co-create value in challenging circumstances. She uses a focused, experiential teaching method to provide individualized feedback and improve your unique leadership skills. Her combined research and global business experience led her to develop a positive framework for negotiations, which she teaches at the MBA and executive levels.
