​Job crafting, task crafting, relationship crafting ​research by CPO faculty cited ​in Forbes

Jessica Amortegui​, a friend of the Center, penned a post for Forbes entitled, “Want A Job You Love? Stop Looking And Job Craft It.” The article looks at different mindsets of people in the workplace and explains how job crafting increase flexibility for those seeking passion, meaning, and purpose in their work.

The author cites job crafting research from Jane Dutton, Justin Berg, and Amy Wrzesniewski, as well as Adam Grant’s research on relationship crafting.
