Adam Grant, with co-author Reb Rebele, wrote an article for the Harvard Business Review’s ‘The Big Idea’ about the unintended consequences of unrestrained selflessness at work. The article, and accompanying webinar, cover Grant’s latest research about the high cost of being overly generous.
