Adam Grant, a professor at the Wharton School and a member of the Center for Positive Organizations’ research advisory board, talked to Michigan Radio about his latest book, Originals: How Non-Conformists Move the World.
In the interview Grant briefly shares some insights on what Internet browsers and non-conformists have in common, how to make work more meaningful through job crafting, and how artistic hobbies affect work.
