September 29, 2017

Gretchen Spreitzer was interview on NPR’s All Things Considered, “Co-Working Spaces Are Redefining What It Means To Go To The Office.” According to Spreitzer, “qualitative research does show that people feel like they’re more productive in the company of others that they trust, rather than just sitting in a coffee shop.”

Spreitzer is the faculty director for the Center for Positive Organizations, a professor of management and organizations, and the Keith E. and Valerie J. Alessi Professor of Business Administration. In addition to coworking, her research carries emphasis on thriving and how to cultivate best selves at work.
