In the business of Joy: Menlo Innovations on Inc.com

An article by Inc.com’s Chuck Blakeman explored the ethos of Menlo Innovations. Menlo is a company that lives up to its name as an innovator, and does so through its dedication to the vision of “[ending] human suffering in the world as it relates to technology.” The company’s CEO and Chief Storyteller, Richard Sheridan is the author of the book Joy, Inc., which captures the essence of Menlo’s founding principle.

In parallel to this, Blakeman discusses aspects of joy in Menlo’s work culture, such as “Joy in Trust,” “Joy in Self-Management,” and “Joy in Results,” closing with a final rumination, “what could every company achieve if there was more joy in the workplace?”
