Jane Dutton and Monica Worline’s compassion book mentioned in The Chronicle of Higher Education

Jane Dutton and Monica Worline’s book, Awakening Compassion at Work: The Quiet Power That Elevates People and Organizations, was mentioned in an article, “The Art of Executive Feedback,” published in The Chronicle of Higher Education. The article’s author wrote that Awakening Compassion “changed the way [he] understood leadership and organizational effectiveness.”
Dutton is a co-founder of the Center for Positive Organizations and the Robert L. Kahn Distinguished University Emerita Professor of Business Administration and Psychology at the University of Michigan. Worline is a faculty affiliate of the Center, founder and CEO of EnlivenWork, and research scientist at the Center for Compassion and Altruism at Stanford University.
