Justin Berg talks job crafting with Stanford Business’ Insights

Justin Berg, a co-creator of the Job Crafting Exercise (with Jane Dutton) and recent Positive Links Speaker, was interviewed by Stanford Business’ Insights on the benefits and techniques of job crafting in the article, “Should Employees Design Their Own Jobs?”
Along with Dutton and Amy Wrzesniewski, Berg studies three different forms of job crafting: task crafting, relational crafting, and cognitive crafting. The results of implementing this positive business practice has “led employees to be significantly happier and more effective in their jobs six weeks later,” Berg tells Insights.
