Kim Cameron, Center for Positive Organizations featured in Financial Post article

Kim Cameron and his role as founder of the Center for Positive Organizations were featured in the Financial Post article, “How a leader can introduce relational energy, affirmation and ethics.” The article stressed the importance of scholarship and research in translating theory into practice, and Kim Cameron was quoted on positive leadership practices.
In addition to his leadership at the Center, Cameron is the William Russell Kelly Chair of Management and Organizations. His research focuses on the effects of positive leadership and organizational virtuousness on organizational performance.
