Kim Cameron’s contribution to the academic field of Positive Organizational Scholarship (POS) in highlighted in a chapter of The Palgrave Handbook of Organizational Change Thinkers written by David Bright and Marc Lavine, members of the Center for Positive Organization’s Community of Scholars.
Cameron’s teaching and research are featured in, “Kim Cameron Changing the Study of Change: From Effectiveness to Positive Organizational Scholarship.” His pioneering work in Positive Organizational Scholarship (POS), key contributions, and role in the field are presented.
Cameron is co-founder of the Center for Positive Organizations and William Russell Kelly Chair of Management and Organizations at University of Michigan. He studies the effects of positive leadership and organizational virtuousness on organizational performance.
