Michelle Segar launches Sustainable Change

Michelle Segar, a faculty associate at the Center for Positive Organizations, launched a newsletter titled Sustainable Change. The newsletter is free and translates research on motivation, wellbeing, and a healthy lifestyle.

Segar is a motivation scientist and directs the University of Michigan’s Sport, Health, and Activity Research and Policy (SHARP) Center. Her most recent book is No Sweat: How the Simple Science of Motivation Can Bring You a Lifetime of Fitness.
