Robert E. Quinn, Ryan Quinn on change management and leadership development in Harvard Business Review

CPO Co-Founder and Professor Robert E. Quinn and Professor Ryan W. Quinn, an upcoming POS Links Speaker, wrote an article in Harvard Business Review, “Change Management and Leadership Development Have to Mesh.” The article explores the “interrelated challenges” of change management and leadership development and how organizations can combine the two, “approaching them as one in the same.”
The authors recommend an approach to these challenges that is both top-down and bottom-up. In other words, in order to coordinate efforts of shared goals, the “plan-act-reflect” cycle can and should be used by both potential leaders and executive leaders in organizations.
