Robert Quinn interviewed on WEMU radio for inspiring positive change

Professor Robert E. Quinn was interviewed by WEMU’s Lisa Barry in a section on “The Art of Better Living.”

Quinn begins by explaining his life as a professor, researcher, and co-founder of the Center for Positive Organizations. He then goes on to explore the idea of positive change. “We all love and hate change.  If it’s something we want, it’s easy and we’re all for it.  If it’s something that requires hard work we often have second thoughts,” he explains.

He also introduces research on gratitude and positive emotions and how leaders can incorporate positive practices in their daily routines. Listen to the 8-minute interview below:
