Gretchen Spreitzer talked about key elements of a thriving workplace with Michelle McQuaid in an interview available in the Huffington Post. In their talk, Spreitzer identified four levers that leaders can use to ensure that their organizations fully support employees’ well-being. The levers correlate to specific actions that increase the impact of values such as empowerment and transparency. Adjusting any one of the levers will make a difference, but Spreitzer’s research shows that they make the greatest impact when they work in concert.
