Wayne Baker, Robert P. Thome Professor of Business and a professor of management & organizations, was quoted in the Fast Company article, “How parents can teach kids entrepreneurship early.”
The article explains how parents’ behavior affects their children’s ethics and behavior. As Baker explains, parents should “be conscious about the messages [they] send.” He went on to add, of is own son, “I do want him to know that whatever he does, it’s possible to love what you do, like I do. Because when you love your work, it doesn’t seem like work.”
