Betsy Erwin leads student programming for the Center for Positive Organizations. In her role, she created the +LAB, a co-curricular community of students from across the university committed to bringing the work of the Center into their lives as students and beyond. In her capacity as the faculty co-director of engaged learning and innovation, she spearheads the development and integration of the Center’s new Thriving Accelerator workshop series. The accelerators are modularized co-curricular sessions aimed at equipping a wide-range of students with the distinct knowledge of thriving housed at the Center for Positive Organizations. Betsy co-designs and teaches innovative classes for undergraduate and graduate students including the Magnify Immersion Program and the Online MBA Positive Leadership Residency.
Betsy’s previous experience includes her role as Director of Career Development at the Kellogg School of Northwestern University, and more than 10 years in Career Development and Admissions at the Ross School of Business and the University of Michigan.
