As a member of Positive Organizational Scholarship community since 2012, Betsy creates learning opportunities that bring the science of POS to life through curricular and co-curricular programs.

Betsy holds a lectureship at Ross and teaches both undergraduate and graduate students. Betsy co-designed and teaches “Thriving in the New World of Work” capstone course, the Magnify Immersion Program and the Online MBA Positive Leadership Residency. Betsy conducts workshops on a broad range of positive organizational topics with an emphasis on employing a strengths-based approach to work and life.

Betsy’s previous experience includes her role as Director of the Career Development Office at the Kellogg School of Northwestern University, and more than 10 years in Career Development and Admissions at the Ross School of Business and the University of Michigan.
