Christopher G. Myers is Assistant Professor of Management & Organization and Academic Director of Executive Education at the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School, with joint faculty appointments in the School of Medicine and Armstrong Institute for Patient Safety & Quality.

His research explores questions of learning, development, and innovation in organizations, as well as how people learn vicariously from others’ knowledge and experience at work, and he focuses in particular on learning in health care organizations and other knowledge-intensive industries.

Chris’s work has been published in leading academic journals and edited volumes in management and medicine, and he writes regularly for practice-oriented publications including the Harvard Business Review. His research has been recognized with scholarly awards from a variety of national and international academic organizations and has been featured in a range of popular media articles and outlets.
