Devin Kilpatrick is a first year doctoral student in the Management and Organizations department at the Ross School of Business. Prior to joining the M&O PhD program, he completed his undergraduate degree in Sociology at Princeton University, then earned a Masters in Business Management from the Wake Forest University School of Business. Devin studies the ‘phenomenon’ of hybrid work, an interest which stems from his experience as a remote worker during the pandemic. His current research aims to build out theory on the team- and organizational- level consequences of hybrid work arrangements,
