Elana Feldman is an Associate Professor of Management in the Manning School of Business at the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
Dr. Feldman’s research examines people’s experiences of time and interpersonal relationships in work settings. She is a founder and steering committee member of the Positive Relationships at Work (PRW) Microcommunity. Her research has been published in journals such as Organization Science, Academy of Management Annals, Group & Organization Management, and MIT Sloan Management Review. Her work has been covered by Fast Company, Business Insider, Thrive Global, and World Economic Forum (among others).
Prior to her academic career, Dr. Feldman worked as a consultant and market analyst, specializing initially in the biopharmaceutical industry and later in talent management and leadership. Dr. Feldman holds a PhD in Management from Boston University and a BA in Anthropology/Biology from Brown University.
