Elizabeth Trinh is a PhD student and researcher in the Management and Organizations program at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. She holds a BSH degree in Science, Technology, and Society; a BA degree in International Relations; and an MA degree in Sociology from Stanford University. Her research interests include leadership, hierarchy, conversations in the workplace, and the future of work.
