Kashay Sanders

Kashay Sanders hails from New York City and received her B.A. in Women’s & Gender Studies at Dartmouth College (’11). Her career began in the social sector and included developing programming at a social enterprise focused on girls’ empowerment in India, coaching and training low-income job seekers in NYC, and building learning experiences at a nonprofit aiming to end homelessness. Kashay pursued an MBA at Ross (’19) to pivot into HR, and the presence of the Center for Positive Organizations was a top factor for why Ross was her first choice. As a student, Kashay was a fellow with the Center, completed independent research alongside Jane Dutton, and did a consulting project with a Consortium member organization. As an alum, Kashay is eager to bring CPO lessons into her HR career and is excited to stay involved through the Wisdom Council.
