Dr. Meg Warren is an Associate Professor of Management at Western Washington University. She is a researcher, keynote speaker, author, and psychologist with expertise in positive organizational approaches to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Her award-winning research uses a positive psychology approach to study how individuals from relatively privileged groups leverage their strengths to serve as allies to marginalized outgroups. Her work has led to numerous publications including two books, and over 40 journal articles and book chapters. Her work has been cited in over 175 news and popular media outlets including The Conversation, Fast Company, Yahoo!, and WalletHub.

She has held prestigious positions such as the Founding President of the Work & Organizations Division of the International Positive Psychology Association, Co-Founder of the Western Positive Psychology Association, Co-Editor of the International Journal of Wellbeing, and Co-Founder of Center for Positive Organization’s micro-community, Positive Organizational Inclusion Scholarship on Equity and Diversity (POISED).
