Michele Day is a Program Manager at Infoblox, where she leads high-impact, cross-functional global initiatives that drive organizational transformation and strategic growth, accelerating business success.
Prior to joining Infoblox, Michele spent six years at Cisco, where she led Strategy and Planning for the Customer Success & Acceleration team and served as Chief of Staff to the VP of Customer Success. Her experience also includes years in business operations, executive coaching, leadership development, and change strategy, enabling her to drive meaningful impact across organizations.
Beyond her career, Michele serves as a Board Member and the Chief Operating Officer of Rising Above the Storms, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering vulnerable children and helping them build a brighter future. She is also a Platinum Tier #IamRemarkable facilitator, leading global workshops that help women and underrepresented groups overcome cultural, social, and gender related barriers in the workplace. Additionally, she volunteers as a trained Crisis Counselor for the Crisis Text Line, providing critical mental health support.
Michele holds a bachelor’s degree in clinical psychology from the University of Michigan and is currently pursuing her MBA at Santa Clara University in Silicon Valley. She resides in the Bay Area, CA, where she enjoys riding her motorcycle, tackling DIY home projects with her husband, and knitting. Michele’s next big project is growing lavender and raising bees on her family farm in the Midwest.
